If you grant us "Manager" access for a Deep Audit or Setup service, we access internal performance metrics (calls, clicks, searches), profile settings, and Insights data. This access is temporary and you may revoke it at any time.
Website Usage Data:
IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on site (via cookies).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Perform the requested Google Business Profile audits (Standard or Deep)
Communicate audit results and service proposals
Optimize your business profile if you hire our Setup or Monthly services
Process payments
Improve our website and services
Send occasional service updates (you may opt out anytime)
3. Data Security & Access
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties.
Access to your Google Business Profile is temporary. We strongly encourage clients to revoke Manager access once the audit or service is completed, unless you have an active monthly management plan.
We implement security measures including:
Secure data transmission (SSL encryption)
Limited access to personal information (only authorized team members)
Regular security audits
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, and payments are processed via PayPal. Both platforms have their own security standards and privacy policies which we encourage you to review.
We may also use Google Analytics (optional) to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out via your browser settings.
5. Data Retention
Active clients: Data retained while you use our services
Former clients: Basic contact and service history retained for 3 years (for tax/legal purposes)
Marketing opt-outs: Email address retained to honor your opt-out preference
